All interviewers have their own style and their favorite questions. Just remember, that there are no "right or wrong" answers. You should do your homework and go to any interview with a list of questions to ask, and be prepared to answer any/all questions. No doing so will paint a picture of someone who is unprofessional and not interested in the company or opportunity.

· How important are money, status and title to you?

· Are you willing to re-locate?

· What did you think of your last boss?

· Were you happy in your last job?

· Describe your ideal boss?

· What qualities would you look for in your immediate boss?

· Why are you looking for another job/leave your last job?

· What do like best and least about your current job?

· What are you looking for in a job?

· What do you know about us?

· Why do you want to work for us?

Questions To Ask. Some suggestions on questions to ask the interviewer:

· Why did you choose to come to this company?

· What is it like to work for this company?

· What is the company trying to accomplish this year?

· What challenges does the company face?

· What is the company's go to market strategy?

· How are they different from competitors?

· What is the company's market share?

· How do you see the company/industry developing in the future?

· What are the company's greatest achievements thus far?

· What are the company's plans for the future?

· What is the company turnover?

· What is the corporate structure?

· What happened to the last person in the job? Where are they now?

· How will my performance be measured?

· Are there any reports for this position?

· What would you want me to achieve in this position?
